Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-10-12

This policy applies to everyone who uses TaskQo, its AI Employees, and the apps an agency connects to it. It is part of the Terms of Service. The agency is responsible for what its accounts and its AI Employees send, record and decide.

Monitoring and recording

  • Monitor only people who work for you under an agreement that permits it, only on work devices, and only during their working hours.
  • Tell your team members in writing what is monitored where the law requires it, and keep the consent the desktop app collects.
  • Record a call or meeting only with the notice and consent the law requires where the participants are. In all-party consent states, everyone on the call must agree.
  • Do not work around the consent, pause or transparency features, or reverse-engineer the desktop app.

Messages, calls and marketing

  • Send texts, make calls and send marketing only to people who have agreed to receive them, and honour every opt-out at once.
  • Follow anti-spam and telemarketing law where the people you contact are (in the US, for example, the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule and CAN-SPAM).
  • Do not place calls with an AI-generated or cloned voice. TaskQo blocks this for AI Employees.
  • Do not use TaskQo to harass, deceive or impersonate anyone.

What TaskQo does on its side: an AI Employee's texts, calls, campaigns, bulk sends and app messages, and any email to more than 10 people, always wait for a person in your agency to approve them, whatever autonomy the AI Employee has. An agency can also add "Drafted with AI by" and its name under every email its AI Employees send.

Decisions about people

  • Do not make hiring, firing, discipline or pay decisions on AI output alone. A named person reviews the evidence first.
  • Do not treat people differently because of a protected characteristic.

Data

  • Do not capture or upload material you have no right to hold, and do not resell what TaskQo captures.
  • Do not use TaskQo for anything that is unlawful where you, your team or the people you contact are.

If this policy is broken

We may pause a feature or suspend an account that breaks this policy, and we will say why. To report misuse, write to admin@taskqo.com.
