Accessibility statement
We want everyone who uses TaskQo to be able to use it: agency owners and managers, and the team members whose work it records. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA in the TaskQo web app.
What we checked
On 12 October 2026 we checked 26 pages of the web app, in light and dark mode, with automated tests and a keyboard pass:
- sign-in, sign-up, and the policy pages;
- the owner's main pages: dashboard, team members, reports, calls, pay, shifts, alerts, capture, compliance, rules, billing, settings, assistant and training;
- a team member's own pages: what is tracked, their report, their pay and their calls.
The tests look for text contrast below the AA ratio, images without a text alternative, buttons, links and form fields without a name, missing page titles and language, duplicate ids, and keyboard focus that cannot be seen. Every issue they found has been fixed.
What we know is not there yet
- Screen recordings and call audio have no captions. Calls have a written transcript, which you can open next to the recording.
- Charts give their numbers on hover or as a nearby table; some do not yet have a full text summary.
- The screenshot timeline is visual. Each minute also has a written one-line summary.
- The desktop tracker app has not been tested with a screen reader yet.
- Automated tests do not prove that every page reads well with a screen reader. We test by hand as pages change.
Tell us about a barrier
If something in TaskQo is hard or impossible for you to use, write to admin@taskqo.com with the page and what happened. We answer within 5 working days and can give you the information in another format while we fix it.
