If you’re an agency admin

Ask your agency owner to re-invite you from the Access page. You’ll get an email with a fresh link to set a new password.

If you’re the agency owner

There’s nothing to request. Just try again. After several wrong attempts your login pauses for a cooldown (starting at 30 minutes, and longer if it keeps failing), then unlocks itself automatically. If you see “Too many attempts,” wait out the time shown and sign in again.
